Job Overview

As a Customer Care representative at GoodVibes Placement Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Generate sales leads and upsell products or services
• Ensure customer privacy and data confidentiality
