Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project

Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMI – PMP, SP) or advanced planning tools are highly desirable.

Overall Experience - 10-12 years of progressive experience in project planning, scheduling, and

control within the construction industry

Minimum 6-8 years of direct, hands-on experience specifically in planning and scheduling large-scale Civil and Structural (Base Build) construction projects, with a strong preference for data centers, industrial, or complex commercial buildings

Role Purpose:

The Project Planner (Base Build Civil and Structure) is a specialist role within the Construction Department, responsible for developing, implementing, and rigorously managing comprehensive construction schedules and resource plans for all civil and structural base build activities of data center projects. This includes earthworks, foundations, concrete superstructures, steel structures (including PEB), and preliminary architectural elements. The primary purpose is to ensure that all CSA construction phases are meticulously planned, optimized for efficiency, and executed on or ahead of schedule, providing critical foresight and control to the project management team in a fast-paced data center environment.

Key Deliverables:

•Detailed Civil & Structural Project Schedules (L3/L4): Baseline, revised, and updated schedules for all base build CSA activities.

•Resource Loading & Leveling Plans: Forecasts and allocation of key resources for CSA works.

•Regular Progress Reports: Daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for CSA, including S-curves and variance analyses.

•Look-Ahead Schedules: Short-term look-ahead plans (e.g., 2-week, 4-week) for CSA teams.

•Delay Analysis Reports & Recovery Plans: Detailed assessments of schedule deviations and proposed solutions.

•Inter-disciplinary Interface Schedules: Highlighting coordination points between CSA and other construction disciplines.

•Contractor Schedule Integration: Approved and integrated contractor schedules.

•Planning Data & Documentation: Well-organized project planning files, progress curves, and resource reports.
