Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Sitecore Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Sitecore CMS.
2. Customization: Customize and extend Sitecore functionalities as per project requirements.
3. Integration: Integrate Sitecore with third-party applications and systems.
4. Code Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
5. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Sitecore implementations.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content authors, and other developers.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Sitecore implementations.
8. Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest Sitecore releases and upgrade projects as needed.
9. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of Sitecore websites by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development.
2. Sitecore Skills: Strong proficiency in Sitecore CMS, including customization, configuration, and development.
3. .NET Development: Solid experience in .NET development with a focus on ASP.NET MVC.
4. Languages: Proficient in C# and experience with other relevant web development languages.
5. Front-end Development: Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
6. Database Knowledge: Experience with database technologies, especially in relation to Sitecore (e.g., SQL Server).
7. Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
8. Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments.
9. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
11. Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
12. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Sitecore Certification: Sitecore Developer Certification is a plus.
2. E-commerce Experience: Experience in developing e-commerce solutions using Sitecore Commerce.
3. Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
4. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore projects.
