-Experience background of hospitality, sales Banking, Insurance, NBFC, telecom, Real Estate, Gym sales, etc. will be more preferable.

- Candidates worked into membership/ policy kind of sales will be preferable

- Female candidates are ok but male candidates are more preferable due to traveling on sales appointment 

- Must be target oriented & self motivator

- Must be capable to handle the customer issues/ escalations effectively

- Should be good in the B2C sales & negotiation skills 

- Flexible to travel across Maharashtra on average frequency as per the sales appointments only

- Must possess the vehicle to attend the on-field sales appointments.
