Job Description	 	 Position: Manager – Supply Chain	 	 Location: Navi Mumbai	 	 Roles and Responsibility:	 	                  Customer Service 	 	 Ensure on-time receiving of goods and consumables as well as delivery to Customers	 	 Ensuring quality and safe product through continuous checking and compliance on SOPs	 	 Implement new distribution strategies and manage effective product distribution for on time delivery	 	 Safeguards warehouse operations and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Regulatory Compliance /FSMS	 	 Responsible for regulatory compliances and FSMS (Food Safety Management Service)	 	 Ensure all certificates are in place and should be displayed in Customer Service Center	 	 Maintain hygiene in Distribution Center and for Onward Deliveries	 	 Operational Cost	 	 Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing optimum design layout	 	 Responsible for managing and reducing dump at DC	 	 Manage storage, handling of inventories and minimize operations cost per kg 	 	 Prepare budgets, manage expenses within budgets and weekly reporting	 	 Continuous Learning	 	 Responsible for employee engagement by orienting, counseling and training employees	 	 Identify appropriate resources for the new and existing positions.
