Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in backend operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of backend systems and technologies, such as databases, APIs, and server management
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, or Java
• Experience with data migration and system integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the backend systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow between the backend and frontend systems
• Support the development and implementation of new features and functionalities
• Assist in data migration and system integrations
• Create and maintain documentation for backend processes and workflows
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency
