Role: Distributed Domain Lead – Projects Tech Manager

Experience: 15 to 20 Years

Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Key Accountabilities:

• The candidate is expected to have strong proven 15-20 years, experience in managing multiple, cross-functional teams and projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
• Certified and excellent understanding on all cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Lead a team of 15-20 distributed domain SME’s and provide technical leadership support on successful Project Scoping, Planning, Implementation & BAU handover
• Ability to collaborate with various team, share relevant information, seek to convince others, know how to listen effectively and promote a team spirit
• Client focused and service minded to truly listen and understand the Voice of the Customer
• Creativity, problem solving and analytical skills to effectively translate technical issues into key activities and develop new methods and approaches to satisfy requirements
• Excellent communication skills to articulate any complex architecture and help SME’s to document the design and change plan documents
• Oversee all critical and complex change implementation, implemented by the SME’s
• Identify process improvement areas and increase the team’s operational efficiency by adopting various quality framework methodologies
• Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
• Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes

Skills And Experience:

• Senior Enterprise Architect on VMWare, Windows, Linux, Active Directory & UCS Technologies
• Migration / Upgrade experience on RHEL5/6/7
• Strong understanding of Clustering with Failover and load balancing technology
• Firmware/BIOS upgrades on DELL servers, Downloading the bundle package from dell repository manager
• Worked on NetBackup, IBM Tivoli for backup and monitoring
• Experience on Server Hardening as per Infosec guidelines
• Expertise in working with NFS file systems
• Hardware knowledge on the CISCO servers
• Strong understanding and experience on UCS Firmware Upgrade process - USCM, FI, IOMs & Blades
• Windows server migration from 2003 servers to 2008 as well 2012 server
• Migration experience on VMware ecosystem
• Strong understanding on SAN and NAS storage technologies
