Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the accounts starting from lead generation to payment collection in the Enterprise Segment
• Developing new corporate clients and establishing long-term relations with them
• Providing End to End IT solutions in the field of Network and Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud services.
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• Understanding the client’s nature of business, organization, technology, products, and domain.
• Conceptualizing and executing strategy and market plans for increased sales growth and business development.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quota.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (including C-level) in the account.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Should be a Graduate from a reputed institute. MBA (preferable)
• Should have 4-5 years of proven experience in IT Sales B2B
• Experience in maintaining relationships with CXO levels.
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
• Should be passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.
