Job Description:

👉Raising Invoice/PO in Tally.ERP9.

👉Files checking.

👉Expenses Accounting.

👉Vendor Payment processing & Wire Transfer.

👉Reports updating in Excel Sheet.

👉Taking Care of Statutory Calculation & Payments – TDS/GST/ESI/PF/PT and Returns filing.

👉Experience in handling - Accounts Receivable.

👉 End to End cycle. Invoice submission to customer till the receipt of payment (Invoice Submission, taking invoice receipt confirmation, addressing customer 

queries regarding invoices, Pre-due date reminder mails, regular follow up after the due date till the 

payment is received).

👉Audit Experience.

👉Payroll Handling.

👉Bank Correspondence & Bank reconciliation.

Employee TDS Calculations.

👉26AS reconciliation.

👉Good knowledge of Tally Accounting Package.
