Job Description:
The BDM will support achieving a sales team goal & in the process be responsible for business development for organization. The BDM is responsible to generate new potential customers / opportunities & work closely with prospects to grow their business to increase market share & revenues while meeting strategic.
Preferred qualifications:
• Post Graduate MBA or Equivalent degree is preferred
• Experience with engaging to senior executives
• 3+ years of experience in training domain
• Experience working with customers located across India
Basic qualifications:
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, thought leadership and business judgment.
• Minimum 3+ years of Sales experience in training organizations, with increasing influence and responsibility.
• Program management with excellent organizational skills including time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Business analysis, along with functional and technical experience, including requirements gathering, and creating and deploying solutions to end users.
• Successful history of global and cross-functional collaboration, teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training opportunities for SME & large enterprise customers.
• Devise a plan and manage to close the deals
• Scale and replicate training opportunities across India region for existing & new accounts
• Build and customize training solutions specifically targeted at large and complex organizations
• Work closely with the technical teams to offer comprehensive training solutions
• Become proficient in the various Training & Certification offerings and delivery capabilities.
• Work closely with customers to assess training and enablement requirements and build detailed training proposals and plans.
• Conduct training needs assessments with key customers.
• Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans.
• Evangelize GK Training & Certification offerings at company and industry events.
• Build & maintain a pipeline of training opportunities and provide regular forecasts / business reviews to senior management
