Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with extensive experience in CONGA or Salesforce platforms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing methodologies and a deep understanding of Salesforce or CONGA functionalities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce or CONGA or Salesforce platforms .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Conduct thorough regression testing to validate new features and enhancements.

Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using appropriate bug tracking tools.

Perform functional, integration, and system testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of Salesforce or CONGA solutions.

Provide timely and accurate test reports to stakeholders, highlighting testing progress, issues, and recommendations.

Participate in requirements review sessions to gain a deep understanding of business needs and user stories.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in manual testing methodologies and Salesforce or CONGA technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual software testing.

Proven expertise in testing Salesforce or CONGA applications.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts from business requirements and technical specifications.

Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) or CONGA certifications (e.g., CONGA Composer, CONGA Contracts) are a plus.

Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is desirable but not required.
