It operates 2 advanced automated units strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district. The infrastructure has been setup with most advanced equipments and 100% power back up facilities. It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 50,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating &FABRICATION facilities.

Job Purpose:

Job responsibility to executive the fabrication activities as assigned by incharge.

Responsibilities:

·      Material follow-up as per the orders.

·      Performs other duties as assigned.

·      Updating of approved drawings as per the Co’s

·      Stacking the completed material in a proper manner with proper identification

·      Checking of tools availability and follow-up with Stores for required the same.

·      Handover the material to next department with proper identification.

·      Inventory control and maintenance.

·      Maintain the quality standards as per the QMS guidelines.

·      Material Handling and handover to operators.

·      Manpower Control

·       

Requisite Skills:

·      Knowledge on fabrication process.

·      Manpower Supervision.

·      Operating and programing of CNC machine.

·      Knowledge on machine parameters & operation.

Desired Skills:

·      Should be able to handle the team

·      Should be able to handle operators

·      Should be a team player and motivate the team.
