Responsibility To check profile surface quality (caustic test for anodizined finish & Black spray for Powder coating) at set intervals To check dimension of profiles with respect to drawing at set intervals To ensure process parameters are followed as per SOP To co-ordinate with press supervisors and perform coring check To guide saw cutting & stretching operators fpr process controls To record dimensional report during production before and after stretching To record press table inspection scraps To segregate the profiles requires correction and isolate, identify with proper tags for next process. To report to Quality Manager about the deviations and improvements required in process. To train press crew about the process and educate them for improvement of process To maintain 5S in respective zone To ensure safety norms are followed as per requirement
