Role: Project Leader – Mechanical

Educational Qualification: BE, B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Location: Fargo City in North Dakota. USA.

Work experience: 6+yrs onwards.

Mode of job: Permanent with Creative Synergies Group

Experience in heavy equipment/off-road vehicle industry

Quality experience in Engine Installation Group

ISO 9001 system experience

Experience providing quality engineering support in grey iron machining environment

Develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs to focus employees on quality improvement

Conducts non-destructive examination (NDE) and quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at different stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards

Collects and analyzes statistical data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards

Agile and Scrum methodology experiences
