Roles And Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints, problems, or technical issues with empathy and professionalism. Strive to find appropriate solutions that meet the customer's needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Actively listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. Relay relevant information to the appropriate internal teams to enhance products and services.
• Handle challenging situations and irate customers calmly and professionally. Aim to de-escalate conflicts and find mutually beneficial resolutions.
• Stay updated on product updates, company policies, and industry trends to provide well-informed assistance to customers.
• Focus on customer retention by building strong rapport and rapport with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
