Job Role: Senior Import Coordinator

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Calicut

Responsibilities:

Getting freight rates from overseas agents.

Giving quotations as per customer requirements.

Negotiation with agents.

Finding solutions on vessel schedules.

Problem-solving of the issues.

Studying customer requirements.

Taking rates as per the INCOTERM.

Updating customers on each shipment's progress till the shipment arrives/is delivered.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Hands-on experience in import pricing and operations in freight forwarding.

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Strong decision-making skills.

Proven leadership experience.

Any degree related to logistics (preferred).
