Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive with experience in the digital printing and consumables industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through online platforms, executing cold calling strategies, managing customer relationships, and performing fieldwork within the local areas of Noida, Delhi. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, sales expertise, and a proactive approach to customer service and account management.


Responsibilities: -

Manage and grow sales through online platforms such as IndiaMart and TradeIndia, optimizing product listings to increase inquiries.

Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to generate leads and sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales activity records using CRM tools.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, offering personalized solutions and support.

Perform field visits to clients in and around Noida, Delhi, as required, to strengthen client relationships and close sales.

Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term success.


Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital printing or related industry.

Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Strong understanding of the digital machines and consumables market, with previous industry experience highly desirable.

Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with online sales platforms like IndiaMart and TradeIndia.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-reliant with strong problem-solving skills, capable of using the internet effectively for research and solutions.

Ability to travel locally for fieldwork, with travel expenses covered by the company.
