Job Description

• The Performance Test Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining test plans, using automated performance testing tools, collecting & analysing multiple metrics, and simulating system behaviour to improve the performance and reliability of Salesforce applications.

• This role works in collaboration with Performance Test Architect relying on experience and judgment to ensure the appropriate level of performance testing is incorporated into our customer implementations.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Performance Test Engineer role.

• Desired experience or familiarity with the Salesforce platform.

• Strong understanding of Performance Testing methodologies.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Jmeter

• Strong programming experience with at least 1 of the following: C, Java, C# or Javascript.

• Experience in the full software life cycle from design to deployment.

• Excellent communication skills required and able to work independently.
