Job Description:

The Electrical Head oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems within an organization. This role involves coordinating a team to ensure electrical projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. By managing resources, timelines, and budgets, the Electrical Head ensures that electrical installations and repairs are conducted with precision, supporting the organizations operational needs.

Job Duties :

· To ensure that the machines are running condition & maintain machine master file.

· To Investigate and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, providing expert advice and solutions to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

· To instruct machines operating guideline.

· To oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and facilities to ensure safety and compliance with codes and regulations.

· To enquire & negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors for electrical services and products, ensuring favourable terms for the organization.

· To develop and enforce safety protocols for electrical work, conducting regular safety meetings and drills to minimize risk of accidents and injuries as per the ISO 9001-2015 Standards.

· To Coordinate with other department managers and team leaders to ensure electrical projects align with overall project timelines and objectives. Building Kaizen Culture in a Team.

· To Implement quality control procedures for electrical works to ensure high standards are met and

· maintained throughout all stages of projects.

· To lead, train, and evaluate electrical team members, providing guidance and support to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.

· To ensure compliance of Electrical Audit Management Govt (MSEDCL) & Private Both.
