Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior SAP HCM Consultant for our Mumbai location. The role is a full-time position focusing on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. The candidate will be responsible for key HR processes and configurations in our SAP landscape.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors (Mandatory skill): The candidate must have strong expertise in both modules, enabling effective implementation and management of human capital solutions.
  • Experience in Payroll Configuration (Mandatory skill): Ability to accurately configure and maintain payroll systems to ensure timely and correct employee compensation.
  • Personnel Administration: Skilled in handling employee data, managing lifecycle events, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Time Management: Capability to configure and manage time-related processes, including leave management and attendance systems.
  • Organizational Management: Expertise in designing and maintaining organizational structures within an SAP environment.
  • HR Renewal: Familiarity with SAP HR Renewal functionalities to enhance user experience and increase system efficiency.
  • ABAP for HR: Ability to utilize ABAP programming for customization and processing HR-specific reports and functions.
  • Problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical abilities to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions promptly and efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct SAP HCM module implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors suite and integrate with existing HR systems for seamless operation.
  • Ensure accurate setup and operation of payroll modules, troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies swiftly.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users to facilitate effective usage of SAP HR systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and improve system functionality.
  • Perform regular audits and updates to ensure data integrity within SAP HR systems, maintaining up-to-date employee records.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop innovative HR solutions using SAP technologies.
  • Document changes thoroughly and prepare user guides for newly implemented functions, ensuring smooth transitions.
