Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and driven Executive to join our team at GIRNAR CARE PRIVATE LIMITED. As an Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position, with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or telemarketing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects and opportunities for business growth
  • Manage and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations
