Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or customer service representative
• Excellent English communication skills
• Fluency in Telugu and Hindi
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Prior experience in telecalling preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Maintain a record of calls made and customer information
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate leads and identify new opportunities
• Provide feedback on call quality and performance metrics
