Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resource Intern. This internship offers a great opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources. The internship is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is an exciting chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced organization. This is a paid internship position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide support in planning and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting training and development programs.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and addressing any HR-related issues.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
