Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's product or service offerings
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and delivery options
• Manage and update customer databases with relevant information
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times
