Job Overview

We are hiring a Lead Recruiter - US for our company GEx Search. As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for our US clients. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, as well as managing a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on US recruitment. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on US recruitment
• Proven track record in sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in team management and performance evaluation
• Knowledge of US tax terms and regulations
• Experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment is preferred
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our US clients
• Source, screen, and select candidates for various positions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching and guidance
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline processes
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
