Job Title: Senior Manager/ AVP – Credit Operations

Experience: 5+ years in SME/Corporate credit roles across fin-techs, NBFCs or banks

Location: Mumbai

Role:

Sr. Manager/AVP, Credit Operations will work directly with Head, Tech and Operations and own following activities:

·        Setup and implementation of SOPs

·        Managing post sanction and Onboarding operations and ensuring compliance

·        Managing disbursement operations and documentation

·        Coordination with portfolio companies for disbursements, compliance

·        Collections monitoring and recon

·        Owning quality check process of specified tasks as per stated SOPs

·        Effective cross functional communication on issues with respective teams

·        Daily MIS Reporting & ensuring the data is flowing properly across different

·        stakeholders

·        Managing and mentoring a team of Credit and Finance Operations executives

Candidate Profile:

·        Education: Post Graduation preferred

·        Should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience; preferably from NBFC background

·        Team Management experience is a must

·        Hands-on experience on Advance Excel

Skills/Education:

·        MBA/Post-Graduate with experience in credit operations

·        Ability to work independently and towards deadlines

·        Effective oral and written communication skills
