Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at GetVantage. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects and initiatives within our organization. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in program management or project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in project management software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and maintain project plans, including goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate effective communication and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring their understanding of project goals and expectations
• Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies
