Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Company's Act, SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and other applicable financial laws.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports, filings, and documents to regulatory authorities within prescribed timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of board meeting agendas, collate relevant documents, and facilitate smooth conduct of meetings.
• Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and books of accounts as required by law.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring their legality and adherence to regulations.
• Implement a structured compliance monitoring framework to track and report on compliance across different functions of the organization.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify potential non-compliance areas and work with relevant teams to rectify issues.
• Collaborate with different departments such as legal, finance, risk management, and operations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company's activities.
• Provide legal and regulatory insights to cross-functional teams and assist in decision-making
• processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law or Commerce with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
• Sound understanding of corporate laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements relevant
• to fintech and NBFC sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
