Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our GetVantage team. As a Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and assist in the development and implementation of solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. You will play a critical role in helping our organization achieve its business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and validate requirements to ensure they align with business needs.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional specifications.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with teams to redesign and optimize business processes.
  • Recommend and assist in the implementation of process enhancements.
  1. Data Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven decision-making processes.
  1. Software and Tools:
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
  1. Documentation:
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flowcharts, business requirements documents, and user manuals.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
  1. Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and business units.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Participate in quality assurance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Identify and report defects or issues for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of business analysis best practices and methodologies is a plus.
