Job Overview
We are hiring an Architect Engineer for our company, Arya.ag. As an Architect Engineer, you will play a critical role in the product and engineering team-building process. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level design solutions, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Architect or Principal Engineer
- Strong experience in Java and the Spring Framework
- Proven expertise in high-level design and architecture
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement architectural solutions that meet business objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain high-level design documentation
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure architectural best practices are followed
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve software development processes
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software engineering
