We’re looking for a software engineer to work directly with the CTO/founders to help develop, deploy, and continuously improve our international hiring platform You’ll:<ul><li>Work alongside the CTO to take our MVP to a production ready product.</li><li>Implement new features in TypeScript and React</li><li>Build and document REST API's</li><li>Challenge and improve our system design and architecture</li><li>Define our engineering culture through leadership and mentorship.</li><li>Grow our engineering team by attracting best-on-class talent.</li></ul> Our tech stack:<ul><li>React</li><li>Node</li><li>Typescript</li><li>PostgreSQL</li><li>AWS</li></ul> Who you are:<ul><li>Strong past experience as a full-stack engineer (2+ years)</li><li>Firm grasp of common frontend frameworks (React)</li><li>Have built 3rd-party integrations and internal/external APIs in the past</li><li>Know your way around the web-related tech (HTTP, TLS, proxies, API conventions...)</li><li>Cloud hosting experience with AWS</li><li>Experienced in designing systems within micro-service architecture</li><li>Experience at early-stage startups is a big plus</li></ul>
