Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Branch Executive to join our team at GEO VPL Finance Pvt Ltd. As a Branch Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of our branch in Thrissur, Kerala, India. You will play a key role in driving sales, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth office management. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth by promoting our financial products and services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction
• Assist in organizing marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and branch expenses
• Collaborate with other branches and departments for efficient operations
