Skills
· Support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
· Manage and maintain the software as well as mobile application
· Troubleshooting technical issues.
· Diagnosing and repairing faults.
· Speaking to showroom staff’s to quickly get to the root of their problem.
· Following up with software vendor to ensure the problem is resolved.
· Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
· Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
· Managing multiple cases at one time.
· Testing and evaluating new technologies.
· Resolving IT Support requests from employees
· Answering employee questions regarding software entries
· Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with software
· Changing configurations, settings and permissions to users.
· Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
· Updating new software versions for existing ones as needed
· Updating employees on the status of their service requests
· Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
· Maintaining application & system software at a supported latest version
· Maintain an audit trail of configuration, backup and restore tasks.
· Perform file restore operations as required.
