Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Export Purchasing professional to join our team at Genus Electrotech Limited. This full-time, mid-level role requires expertise in managing export purchases and negotiating with suppliers globally. The position is based in the Kutch district, encompassing Gandhidham, Anjar, and Mundra. Candidates with up to 6 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply and contribute to our dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in supply chain management, ensuring seamless integration and coordination between suppliers and our manufacturing operations (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in import documentation to comply with international trade regulations and expedite shipments (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems to streamline and optimize procurement processes (Mandatory skill).
• Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms and conditions from suppliers.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement practices to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Ability to manage purchase orders effectively, tracking and monitoring their progress for timely delivery.
• Excellent cost analysis capabilities to evaluate supplier quotes and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Proven vendor management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
