REQUISITION DEPARTMENT / DESIGNATION: E Commerce Executive - Womens Wear (Fashion Brand) 

REQUIRED NO. OF MANPOWER: One 

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: Graduate/ Post Graduate

SALARY in CTC: Depends on candidate existing ctc 

RELEVANT EXP IN YRS: 2-5 YEARS TOTAL EXP IN YRS: 2 YEARS

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management

1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for order fulfillment.
2. Perform regular inventory counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies when necessary.
3. Work with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and resolve supply chain issues.
4. Update inventory management systems with incoming and outgoing stock data.
5. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and documentation.
6. Coordinate with other departments (sales, purchasing, logistics) to ensure seamless inventory flow.

Order Processing

1. Receive, review, and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with inventory availability.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot order processing system errors or delays.
3. Handle order cancellations, modifications, and returns as required.

Catalog Management

1. Create and maintain accurate, detailed product listings with correct descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
2. Coordinate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure catalog data is current and consistent across all platforms.
3. Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to identify discrepancies or outdated information.
4. Manage catalog content across multiple channels

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

1. Marketplace strategy development
2. Sales performance and analytics
3. Inventory and order management
4. Working experience with Myntra, ajio, amazon, Nykaa
5. Seller portal experience- Myntra, ajio, amazon, FK, Nykaa

KEY SKILLS / ABILITIES:

1. Learning Ability
2. Self Driven.

1. Ready to settle in Faridabad or Living NearBy.
