MANPOWER REQUISITION FORM               

REQUISITION DEPARTMENT / DESIGNATION : Documentation incharge - Import & Export

REQUIRED NO. OF MANPOWER: 1

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: Graduate / Post Graduate

Note - Only Considering who have apparel manufacturing export house experience.

SALARY in CTC:  40-45 K CTC  

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN YEARS: 4 years

TOTAL EXPERIENCE IN YEARS: 5 - 6 YEARS 

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Export Operations:

• Collect purchase orders from merchants and book shipments on buyer/forwarder portals.
• Coordinate with production to prepare packing lists and invoices.
• Complete export documentation (Form SDF, Annex A, Declaration).
• Arrange transportation and oversee customs clearance.
• Coordinate with forwarders for vessel confirmation and shipment handover.
• Manage shipping invoices, FCR/BL collection, and document submission to buyers/banks.
• Track EGM clearance and resolve discrepancies with forwarders.
• Ensure timely receipt of payments, duty drawbacks, GST refunds, EBRC clearance, and ROSCTL licenses.
• Handle marine insurance declarations and respond to customs notices.

Import Operations:

• Assign Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Agent and finalize shipment mode (Courier/Cargo).
• Provide IGCR Bond to C&F Agent if cargo mode is selected.
• Handle customs clearance, duty & IGST payments.
• Ensure monthly return filing for imports against bonds.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Strong knowledge of export/import documentation and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with shipping portals, IceGate, and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Prior experience in apparel manufacturing exports.

KEY SKILLS / ABILITIES:

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
