QUALIFICATION Preferred: NIFT - Fashion Communication (MFM)  / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication Note - Considering only female candidates

SALARY: Depends on what candidate is drawing currently

LOCATION: Faridabad (Delhi NCR) 

Relevant Experience in Years: 1 YEARS 

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Study and analyze social media trends in fashion, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to make marketing strategies.

2. Enable content creations (Copywriting, Photography, Reels, banners) and create compelling and relevant content on a website that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience.

3. Manage social media (Instagram & WhatsApp) for organic growth.

4. Manage vendors for Performance Marketing / Shopdeck store / Content Creation (Reels, Posts).

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. Proven experience in Brand Management for fashion brands.

KEY SKILLS / ABILITIES:

1. Copy Writing.
2. Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling
3. Competitive Intelligence, Market Analysis and Research.
4. Highly Desired to learn AI tools for marketing
5. Tech Tools: SEO tools, Google Analytics/Adobe, CRM, Advanced excel /BI
