Job Description:

1. Invoicing & Dispatch

To issue & validate invoice based on agreed approvals.

Understanding VAT regulations and implication before raising the invoice to customers.

Need to collaborate with various operation departments to ensure billing is accurate.

Need to address customer complaints & queries within agreed timeline.

Timely submission of invoices to the clients.

Need to keep a track towards outstanding & receivables.

Need to submit agreed customer reports and statements

Timely highlighting issue/ concerns to the respective supervisor.

Communicate effectively in oral and written form.

To validate & dispatch e- copies to corporates.

Follow agreed SLA & timely submission.

Need to address customer queries & complaints with agreed timeline.

Maintain customer database for online portal.

Uploading invoices & backups on online portal.

To highlight wrong billing and incorrect submission to floor supervisor.

Uploading, Data Transmission & Reconciliation

Data uploads & Transmission on back office/banking sites.

Updating stock reports & Daily sales

Collection of Supplier tax invoice

Vendor reconciliation.

Qualification & Requirements:

· Graduate in Commerce / Finance

• At least 2-3 years professional experience, worked in the travel industry would be added advantage.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft suite of products, (particularly Excel) .
• Excellent Communication
• A self-starter, able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
• Team player, flexible, open-minded, commercial, responsible
• High level of motivation and positive approach
• Integrity, loyalty and confidentiality
• Fluent in English
