Sourcing and achieving Targets Within TaT and Budget given 

Responsible of the Team target 

Supervise the recruiting team and to ensure recruitment to happen as per TAT till offer release to candidate 


Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies

Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview helping applicants to prepare for interviews

Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels i.e. Job Portals, Vendors, Referral network, Internal Database Walk-Ins, Mass-mailing, Job Posting, Social media, Social networks & internal movements.

Updation of daily call reports
