Sourcing and achieving Targets Within TaT and Budget given 

Responsible of the Team target 

Supervise the recruiting team and to ensure recruitment to happen as per TAT till offer release to candidate 


Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies

Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview organizing interviews and selection of events

Helping applicants to prepare for interviews

Maintaining daily/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

Co-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.
