We're Hiring a Junior Tele-Calling / Sales Executive (Female)

Position: Female Junior Tele-Calling / Sales Executive

Location: Coimbatore (Neelambur)* & Thalaiyuthu (Palani)*

Department: Sales & Marketing Department

Languages: Tamil*, English* & (Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu)* Preferably Min 3 Languages ability to speak.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and telephone.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Provide detailed information on features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Any degree / Business Administration or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling / Sales, (preferably in the Automotive industry).

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Other Requirements: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
