Position Hiring: Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager for our company.

NOTE: MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN THE REAL ESTATE FIELD

Experience: 2 to 3 year's of experience

Salary: Max. 30,000 P/M + Incentives

· The candidate should be aggressive in sales.

· Must be confident to accept new challenges.

· Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills

· Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.

· Knowledge of the real estate sales process, and local, state, and federal property regulations

· Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills

· Ability to critically think and problem-solve

· A strong interpersonal and marketing skills, as well as property market knowledge.

Responsibilities

 · Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

· Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

· Good interpersonal and marketing skills and good knowledge of the property market.

· Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.

· Fixing up Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service

· Converting prospects into buyers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching their investment needs.

· Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting

· Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
