Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive for our operations in Ukhrul, Jaipur. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in accounting within the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Strong understanding of general ledgers, including the ability to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Experience in purchase bill posting to validate invoices and proper allocation of expenses.
  • In-depth knowledge of GST regulations, enabling compliance and accurate filings.
  • Proficient in TDS procedures, ensuring timely deductions and deposit of taxes.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation.
  • Manage bank reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records.
  • Post purchase bills and ensure accurate entry of financial data into company systems.
  • Handle GST and TDS returns, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and timely filing.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and perform monthly reconciliations to facilitate financial planning.
  • Collaborate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and clarification as required.
  • Assist in budgeting processes, providing financial forecasts and variance analyses to management.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
