Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Travel Consultant. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad suitable for a junior-level candidate. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the travel industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• proficiency in sales including the ability to promote and sell travel products and services is mandatory
• in-depth knowledge of various destinations to provide valuable recommendations to clients is critical (Mandatory skill)
• expertise in using ticketing systems to issue and manage travel tickets accurately is essential (Mandatory skill)
• experience in travel booking and the use of reservation management systems to organize client itineraries
• excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• ability to analyze client needs and tailor travel packages that meet their preferences and budget
• strong organizational skills to manage multiple travel bookings and ensure seamless reservation processes
• adept at problem-solving to efficiently handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise

Roles and Responsibilities

• advise clients on travel destinations, packages, and services to enhance their travel experiences
• manage travel bookings and reservations for transportation, accommodation, and tours
• provide timely and accurate information about travel destinations, itineraries, and visa requirements
• generate travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed and documented correctly
• maintain up-to-date records of client preferences and previous travel arrangements
• handle any travel issues, cancellations, or modifications in a timely and efficient manner
• support clients in understanding travel-related regulations and guidelines
• develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
