We are seeking a Mid-Level Travel Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in guiding clients through travel arrangements, ticketing, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your pivotal role will be to facilitate seamless travel experiences for our esteemed clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years as a travel consultant or similar role in the travel industry.
• Extensive customer service experience with a focus on finding effective travel solutions (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in sales strategies to effectively promote and sell travel packages (Mandatory skill).
• Strong ticketing skills to manage flight and accommodation bookings efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Deep understanding of booking management to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Ability to advise on travel policies and assist clients with travel regulations and requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various travel destinations and tourism trends to offer informed recommendations.
