We are seeking a Site Supervisor for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position tailored for BTech Civil freshers with up to three years of experience. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and meeting scheduled timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for drafting and design purposes (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding of construction site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in construction scheduling to manage project timelines effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 for advanced project management and scheduling tasks.
• Ability to implement project management techniques to plan, execute, and oversee construction projects.
• Expertise in quality control to ensure construction activities meet required standards and specifications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project for efficient project planning and tracking progress.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints to guide construction teams accurately.
