Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is looking for a seasoned Service Manager in Electrical Engineering to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time senior-level position aimed at managing and overseeing service operations within the electrical engineering domain, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) with the ability to foster and maintain positive client relationships.
• Expertise in service level management (Mandatory skill), ensuring all service agreements are met and exceeded.
• Strong project management skills (Mandatory skill), capable of planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budget.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL framework to enhance service delivery and management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle complex electrical service challenges effectively.
• Ability to conduct data analysis to assess service performance and make informed decisions.
• Strong budget management skills to oversee financial operations and optimize expenditures.
• Proven experience in team leadership, guiding a team towards achieving organizational goals efficiently.
