Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Engineer specializing in UPS Batteries to join our team. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4-6 years of experience. You will be working in our locations across Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, where your expertise in UPS systems and battery maintenance will be highly valued.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience of 4-6 years in servicing UPS systems and batteries with a comprehensive understanding of all related processes.
• Strong expertise in UPS Systems (Mandatory skill), with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Hands-on experience in Field Service (Mandatory skill) to ensure reliable service and customer satisfaction during field assignments.
• Proficiency with HVAC Systems (Mandatory skill) to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of Battery Maintenance techniques, ensuring longevity and optimal performance of battery systems.
• Experience in Battery Monitoring Systems to track battery performance and efficiency, enabling predictive maintenance.
• Ability to conduct Preventive Maintenance tasks, reducing downtime and extending the life of equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve technical goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and assessments of UPS systems and batteries to ensure functional integrity and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair faults in UPS systems, applying detailed knowledge of battery and power systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks to mitigate potential issues before they lead to equipment failure.
• Collaborate with clients onsite to deliver effective and tailored field service solutions.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Provide expert guidance and training to clients on the optimal use and maintenance of UPS systems.
• Work closely with the team to improve service quality and customer experience consistently.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices and standards to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
