JOB TITLE: SENIOR AYURVEDIC DOCTOR

We are seeking qualified and experienced Senior Ayurveda Doctor to lead our medical team and provide holistic care to patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor and guide junior doctors.

Requirements :

- Qualification: BAMS/MD/MS in Ayurveda preferably *Female doctor

- Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in Ayurveda practice

- Key Responsibilities

1. Provide counseling and guidance on treatment progress, lifestyle modifications, and holistic well-being.

2. Conduct consultations, request pathology tests/x-rays, and provide clear treatment instructions.

3. Ensure seamless patient care by coordinating with team members.

4. Mentor and guide junior doctors, coordinators, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care and professional growth.

5. Prepare comprehensive case studies and document patient case histories, highlighting treatment outcomes, challenges, and successes.

6. Act as a bridge between junior doctors and management, facilitating effective communication and ensuring seamless coordination.

7. Oversee and coordinate medical administration works related to NABH accreditation, improving company standards.
