Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. As a Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing salon operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• proven work experience as a salon manager with a focus on team leadership, ensuring staff morale and productivity
• expertise in running salon operations smoothly and efficiently to maintain high standards of service (Mandatory skill)
• excellent customer service skills to ensure clients have an exceptional experience at our salon
• proficient in creating and managing staff schedules to optimize service delivery and employee satisfaction
• upselling skills to promote and increase sales of products and services (Mandatory skill)
• adept at retail sales to drive product revenue within the salon environment
• strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• solid knowledge of salon health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe environment for clients and staff

Roles and Responsibilities

• oversee daily salon operations, ensuring all services are delivered to a high standard
• lead and inspire the salon staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and maintain motivation.
• manage inventory and ensure all salon supplies are stocked appropriately
